3rd. Chakra Issues - Self-esteem, Work, Responsibility
Medical Intuition – 3rd. Centre – Self-Esteem, Work, Responsibility
Self-Actualization - Release the Past - Let go of the Fear - You Were Meant to Shine
Do your stomach, pancreas, adrenals, upper intestines, liver, gall bladder or middle spine need a tune up? Do you harbor old feelings of resentment, rejection, or abuse from childhood? How good do you feel about yourself, and others? How forgiving, tolerant, and serene are you? What "Type" are you?
“In order for one to function optimally – physically, mentally and emotionally - in a career or job and, most particularly, as an intuitive, one has to clear as much unfinished business from childhood and, in many people, from previous lives as possible.” ~C. Norman Shealy – Medical Intuition A Science of the Soul p. 53
Blocks to Healing and Building Self-Esteem
life long feelings of hopelessness and depression
choosing partners who don’t give you the nurturing you crave
angry your whole life
never able to deal effectively with anger
can’t make up your mind –ever – waffling
flip between depression and anger
you can’t make me happy and you can’t make me unhappy
happiness is an inside job
Looking at both the emotional AND the physical problems related to each energy centre addresses the problems more fully. Releasing old toxic emotions from the body that don’t serve you requires forgiveness, tolerance and a little serenity.
Essentials for health, self-esteem, and intuition are these:
Respect for others
True, unconditional love – The desire to do good to others.
To reach self-actualization you must have…
Unconditional Love - forgiveness is the most important issue. If you hold a grudge, your intuition will be blocked.
Tolerance - for others beliefs, cultural differences, religious differences etc.
Compassion – Put yourself in someone else’s shoes
Charity – A drive to help yourself and equally help others
Motivation – Be the best you can be by putting in the effort
Joy – You won’t feel joy all the time but will still have an appreciation for the beauty of nature, of being alive, to laugh at yourself
Faith – Faith in knowing that no matter how bad the situation seems, it will pass.
Confidence – “the ultimate self-esteem requirement”
Courage – Face the past, name it, respond effectively, release it. To be able to stay present and focused requires cleaning up all the unfinished business that has led you to a place of dis-ease.
Will – The will to survive, the will to succeed, the will to carry on when life seems impossible.
Soul – God grant me the serenity, to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. – The Serenity Prayer
Reason – Understanding of our beliefs and how they effect our actions is critical.
Wisdom – Clear unfinished business to focus on the positive.
Love – When there is true unconditional love, intuition can blossom, self-esteem can thrive.
There is no right or wrong answer but a little introspection will guide you to a “knowing” on where you have work to do. Open up your intuition, take the leap of faith to clear the cobwebs from your body, from your psyche, from your body, from your life.
“Just let go. Let go of how you thought your life should be, and embrace the life that is trying to work its way into your consciousness.”
― Caroline Myss
